At the end of Week 36 we have learned more than 750 kanji!!! This week we had 12 different radicals, which can make remembering them all a little harder. Next week we will be posting a full review of all 216 KangXi radicals to help you remember all their different forms, and learn how to identify which part of the kanji is the radical. Of course, with Japanese, you know there will be more exceptions than rules involved!

Can you match all 12 radicals to their kanji this week?

water 水 (氵, 氺)
fire 火 (灬)
slice 片
dog 犬 (犭)
dark, profound 玄
jade (king) 玉 (王)
field 田
dish 皿
eye 目
stone 石
sign 示 (礻)
grain 禾
