Week 39 has ended and with it goes the LAST full week of the 5th grade!!! After two more days we officially cross into Grade 6! Can you believe it?

We focused on a few different radicals this week:

shell radical  貝 (5 kanji)
walk radical  ⻍ (7 kanji)
mound, dam radical 阝(4 kanji)

Here is a cute video about the origin of the shell radical in Chinese. Remember that all kanji originally came from China!
